VetView client accounts must be manually activated by our laboratory personnel before you can login. Accounts are usually activated same business day but please allow up to 24 hours on week days for activation and up to 48 hours on weekends.
If you are an existing client, please fill out the portal registration and enter your client account number from your invoices to register for portal access. When you click on the register button at the bottom of the page we will receive the request and activate your account (please allow up to 24 hours on week days for activation and up to 48 hours on weekends). Your account will be read as "disabled" until your account is activated. After activation, you will receive a welcome email that will include a link to the portal, at that time you can login and request tests, view previous results and invoices, and pay invoices online.
When creating a PASSWORD (needs to be at least 8 characters), please be sure to include one uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. Do not put your username in the password.
